Chef Jennifer will show you just how easy (and fun!) it is to make fresh, delicious sushi from scratch. Kick things off by prepping the perfect sushi rice, then slice up fresh avocado, cucumber and mango like a pro. You’ll roll up a classic California roll packed with avocado, cucumber and surimi, plus a colorful veggie roll loaded with fresh flavors. Learn all the tips and tricks to rolling and slicing before digging into your homemade sushi. Want to level up your experience? Grab a glass of wine from the bar’s selection (available for purchase) to pair with your creations!

Meet your chef
Chef Jennifer is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in sushi craftsmanship and kitchen management. Holding an AS in Culinary Arts from Keiser University, she has over a decade of expertise in creative menu development, staff training and inventory management. As a head sushi chef and culinary instructor, she's excited to share her professional tips, tricks and techniques along with the skills she has honed working in kitchens with hungry foodies and budding chefs.
