Holding an AS in Culinary Arts from Keiser University, she has over a decade of expertise in creative menu development, staff training and inventory management. As a head sushi chef and culinary instructor, she's excited to share her professional tips, tricks and techniques along with the skills she has honed working in kitchens with hungry foodies and budding chefs.

The cooking class was really fun and enjoyable, Chef Jennifer was incrediblv sweet. sociable. and easy to talk to. which made the whole experience even better. The class was on the shorter side- about an hour--which worked well since the group was small (just our party and one other). She alsa did an amazing job guiding us step-by-step, making evervthing easy to follow and not overwhelming.

Chef Jennifer was truly captivating from beginning to end. She instantly made the experience fun and welcoming by playfully poking fun at me for never having tried sushi before (which had us laughing), but she was also incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. My wife and I both genuinely enjoyed the class from start to finish. Not only did we learn so much, but we also felt completely comfortable asking questions and trying new techniques. The way Chef Jennifer explained each step made everything feel approachable, and it turned what could have been an intimidating experience turned into something we truly appreciated together. It was a memorable, hands-on class that we both walked away from excited, inspired, and already talking about when we can come back.
