You'll begin with a refreshing antipasto. Chop tomato, basil and mozzarella cheese to make a fresh tomato caprese. Then, make creamy white sauce flavored with lemon zest and Parmesan to pair with a tender and juicy cut of chicken. Sprinkle garlic and Parmesan on roasted potatoes for a flavorful side for your main course. Finish with a decadent butterscotch budino in a flaky graham cracker crust. Garnish the dessert with drizzled salted caramel and homemade chantilly cream before indulging.

Chef Mo was very warm and welcoming. He taught us how to make three dishes and I appreciated that they weren’t overly difficult and something that we can try ourselves at home. He is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We had a great time celebrating our anniversary!
