You'll feel transported to Italy in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Wyatt. Under his expert guidance, you'll make a decadent and rustic pappardelle to elevate your pasta night.
As the class begins, you'll learn how to make pappardelle from scratch. You'll make pasta dough using walnut, chestnut or regular flour. Master the technique to knead it and roll it into sheets before cutting the dough into pappardelle pasta. As the noodles cook, cook a creamy sauce with ricotta and broccoli rabe. Combine your pasta and sauce and finish the class by enjoying your handcrafted feast.
Menu
Broccoli Ricotta Pappardelle

Please note that if nut allergies are a concern, regular flour can be used as a substitute.

We came for a quick drink before heading over to a reservation at Butcher's Union (previously our favorite restaurant), but we had to stay after getting incredible service and looking at the unique menu. This place was an incredible surprise. The food was some of the best I have had, the service was unmatched, and the drinks were great. We had the bao buns (my favorite), the ramen and the chicken egg rolls. All of it was great. We definitely have a new favorite restaurant. We will be recommending Broadleaf West Side to anyone who asks!
