Overall, a fun class. We had three couples in our class, so there was enough space and we didn't have to wait terribly long to use some of the equipment. The advice he gave us for getting the dough to the right consistency worked perfectly. We did feel that the instructions could have been a little more clear, but we both learned a lot and had a great time. We can't ask for much more.

Chef Jerry is an accomplished culinary professional with over two decades of experience in restaurants, catering and kitchen management. He holds an associate’s degree in culinary arts and is ServSafe and allergen certified. Throughout his career, he has developed dynamic menus and executed large-scale events for hundreds of guests. Known for training and mentoring teams of all skill levels, Chef Jerry is passionate about guiding aspiring cooks to develop confidence, technique and a love for cooking.
