Once you've rolled, shaped and cooked your gnocchi, you’ll elevate your pasta dish with a rich, nutty brown butter sauce swirled with crispy sage. I've worked with Chef Jerry several times over the last few years. He's shown me a lot of unique techniques and skills that I still use today and pass on to other newer chefs. He always brings a fun, relaxed atmosphere to the table and is great at building a light-hearted camaraderie with his team.
