Explained it all very well. Gave tips to do at home. I will take another class by her. Only complaint tables should have been set up in a U shape so we could all hear her. I was a noisey venu.

Great class! Will definitely attend again! I only have one suggestion. A label mic would be really helpful. The space was open and with a large class it was hard to catch all the details because she had to direct her attention across the group which meant turning her head. She did a wonderful job checking on all groups to help them with cooking. The food was very tasty and surprisingly simple to make especially with such great explanation and direction. So glad we went! Will recommend to my friends!
