Only complaint tables should have been set up in a U shape so we could all hear her. I was a noisey venu.

Great class! Will definitely attend again! I only have one suggestion. A label mic would be really helpful. The space was open and with a large class it was hard to catch all the details because she had to direct her attention across the group which meant turning her head. She did a wonderful job checking on all groups to help them with cooking.
The food was very tasty and surprisingly simple to make especially with such great explanation and direction.
So glad we went! Will recommend to my friends!

Such a great experience! My husband and I enjoyed a class with Chef Kathleen as a date night, and it was so much fun. She not only led us through the process of making dumplings, but also shared so many tidbits of information that we felt like we learned a lot and also got to try some delicious food! We would love to do another class with her. Highly recommend!

The class was very informative and the rolls were tasty. I would have liked to have a couple of options. Some people don't eat seafood. Kathleen was nice and knowledgeable.

Me and my wife had a wonderful time. Great couples date Chef Kathleen made us feel very welcomed and gave great instructions. The food came out great and the best part is it was something me and my wife made together!!!
