Transport yourself to the Big Easy in this immersive cooking class. Chef John will teach you the quintessential flavors of vibrant New Orleans cuisine.
Cook up a classic chicken gumbo filled with brown rice, okra and tomatoes and spiced with Cayenne pepper. Master the technique to make the perfect blackened red snapper with Cajun spices. Whip up a homemade Béarnaise sauce to pair with the fish. Make spicy jalapeño corn fritters fried until golden brown and a creamy shrimp remoulade for sides. An indulgent velvety crème brûlée made with Gran Marnier serves as dessert.

Chicken Gumbo Soup

Blackened Red Snapper With Béarnaise Sauce
With wild-caught snapper, Cajun spices, tarragon vinegar, butter and eggs

We had an incredible time with Chef John! It wasn’t just an ordinary cooking class, it was an experience! The food was delicious, and we know now how to make several Japanese dishes including two types of sushi. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking for a fun and memorable experience.
