Cooking Class: Making Greek Cuisine

Chef Yosif will transport you to the Greek islands in this immersive cooking class. You'll make a variety of Greek dishes from scratch while practicing time-honored techniques. You'll learn how to make sesame-crusted feta saganaki with homemade hot honey. Then, learn how to make hummus, tzatziki or baba ghanoush for dipping. Then, make a grilled lemon herb chicken souvlaki with rice pilaf or roasted potatoes. Then, use phyllo dough to make decadent baklava with sugar, cinnamon and nuts for dessert.

Amazing experience and we’ll definitely book with Yosif again. My husband think he’s a chef now. Everything was delicious. If you’re on the fence don’t be. Very much worth it.
