Cooking Class: Make a Traditional Italian Dinner

You'll learn how to make an authentic Italian dinner in this immersive cooking class. Chef Yosif will teach you time-honored techniques to make comforting Italian meals. Make a pomodoro sauce to top the bruschetta to start the meal. Then, make a mushroom risotto with white wine, shallots and Parmesan cheese. Craft a tender chicken with marsala wine sauce paired with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables. For dessert, layer ladyfingers with mascarpone for a decadent homemade tiramisĂş topped with cocoa powder to end the meal.

Antipasto: Bruschetta al Pomodoro

With bread, tomatoes, garlic, basil and extra virgin olive oil


Primo: Risotto ai Funghi Porcini

With arborio rice, porcini mushrooms, shallots, white wine and Parmesan cheese


Secondo: Pollo al Marsala and Creamy Mashed Potatoes or Roasted Vegetables

With chicken breast, Marsala wine sauce, mushrooms and shallots

With ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese and cocoa powder
