Take a culinary journey through Latin America in this immersive cooking class. Chef Dane will teach you how to make a variety of recipes using fresh ingredients and time-honored techniques. To start the glass, you'll make homemade guacamole by mashing avocados, then serve it with tortilla chips. Next, you'll make savory shrimp skewers grilled to perfection and flavored with garlic. Then, make a mouth-watering carne asada with a homemade chimichurri sauce with blistered vegetables and cilantro lime rice on the side. Finish the class with a decadent coconut flan topped with pineapple for dessert.
