Cooking Class: Make Traditional Italian Meals
Travel to Italy through this interactive and engaging cooking class where you will learn to handmake authentic Italian fare. World-class Chef Juan will guide you as you discover the techniques inherent to crafting delectable Italian dishes, starting with crudo involving fresh fish, herbs, tomatoes, olive oil and salt. You'll continue with gnocchi mixed with beef, pork, fennel, tomatoes and Parmesan cheese as well as braised fennel bulbs in white wine and butter. Finish with a sweet, scrumptious, rich dessert of butterscotch budino.

This was our first time taking a cooking class at home. Chef Juan exceeded our expectations! Our family enjoyed a wonderful evening learning about Hawaiian cuisine. My kids, age 12 and 14, had a great time as well. He shared with us his love of Hawaiian foods which was evident in his cooking. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience with over 20 years as a chef in Maui and the Hawaiian islands. We were so lucky to have such a great chef teach and cook for us. It was an excellent meal that transported us back to our favorite family vacation and memories. We can’t wait to do this again. It was a great family night to enjoy in your own home. Thank you Chef Juan!
