Robust flavors and exciting textures are on the menu in this exciting in-person cooking class from Chef Pam and crew. Learn to make your own Thai spread in the Isan tradition, a selection of dishes representing the best cuisine from the region. You'll prepare salad featuring minced fried pork seasoned with shallots and spicy pork rib soup using fiery chilis and sweet lemongrass. You'll also make a batch of floral jasmine rice, Thai iced tea and a lusciously sweet tapioca dessert studded with jack fruit and sweet potato.

Fried Pork Laab Ball Salad (Laab Moo Tord)
With minced pork, laab powder, all purpose wheat flour or crispy flour, parsley and shallot
Thai Pork Ribs Spicy Soup (Tom Sap Kradook Moo)
With pork ribs, galangal, Thai lemongrass, Thai lime leaves, chilies, roasted rice, chili powder, spring onions and chopped parsley
Jasmine Rice Thai Tapioca Dessert (Ruam Mitt Thai)
With Thai refreshing sweet coconut milk, mixed with tapioca pearls, corn, lotus root, sweet potatoes, beans, jack fruit and colorful starchy noodles
