Cooking Class: Pasta Making With Chef Jesse at a Local Brewery

Shape fresh pasta by hand in this cooking class with Chef Jesse. 


Chef Jesse will teach you how to make pasta from scratch using time-honored techniques from Italy. Combine semolina flour, eggs and water to create a pasta dough. Then, learn how to roll and cut the dough into pappardelle pasta. Next, you'll make a delicious roasted garlic tomato sauce with crushed tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and Italian seasonings. Mix your pasta and sauce and enjoy your handmade feast.

We had so much fun with Chef Jesse! He is extrmely knowledgeable and made the class very easy and simple. I really walked away feeling like I can make.my own pasta and a good tomato sauce. I look forward to more of his classes.

Had a great time at Jesse’s pasta making class. He is a wealth of good information on all things related to cooking and has a great demeanor. Never talked down to us and was very encouraging with our (lack of) pasta making skills and questions. Will definitely take another of his classes and/or seated dinners. Definitely recommend anyone to take one of his classes.
