Cooking Class: The Art of Homemade Pasta

After making the fresh pasta in this engaging cooking class, you'll never want to go back to the boxed kind. Chef Jesse will teach you how to make pasta from scratch using time-honored techniques from Italy. Combine semolina flour, eggs and water to create a pasta dough. Then, learn how to roll and cut the dough into pappardelle pasta. Next, you'll make a rich bolognese sauce with ground pork and red wine, filled with carrots, celery and rosemary. Mix your pasta and sauce and enjoy your handmade feast.
