Chef Jesse's pasta-making class was a blast! He's one of those rare teachers who can break down complex steps into simple, digestible bits - and his patience is endless. What made the experience for me was his warm, laid-back vibe. He's got a great sense of humor and a way of making you feel like you're cooking with an old friend.
