Cooking Class: Gnocchi Perfection
Low-cost, easy to make and filling, this form of pasta dates to the Roman times and in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Maggie you will come to understand why it’s been served in households around the world for centuries. Upon eating gnocchi at a restaurant, you may think there’s no way you could make it at home. Well, you’d be wrong. Chef Maggie will guide you step by step through the wonderful process of combining just the right amount of potatoes and flour to make a gnocchi dish smothered in pesto or marinara sauce.

Chef Maggie was amazing!! She just needs a microphone because there was music playing loudly from one side of the place. Most of us could barely hear her. Everything else was PERFECT. She is such an amazing soul and a natural at this. Thank you again for an amazing experience!! It was mine and my friend’s first time taking a cooking class. Looking forward to more

Chef Maggie taught me how to make a massaged kale salad and did a whole lesson on kale, including a breakdown of the different types of kale and spoke about the bitterness and how massaging it reduces that. She demonstrated some great knife skills cutting a few different things and gave a lot of information about the nutrients in each food and the antibiotic properties of garlic!
