Cooking Class: Luxurious French Dining

Indulge in luxurious French cuisine during this engaging cooking class led by Chef Michael. Through a menu of four flavorful courses, you'll learn French cooking techniques and recipes that will tantalize your taste buds. 


To begin the class, craft a savory French onion soup with a perfectly toasted baguette and creamy Gruyère cheese. Next, make poussin chicken stuffed with sausage and brioche. 


A refreshing Lyonnaise frisée salad with bacon lardons, shallots and a poached egg drizzled with sherry vinaigrette serve as a side. Finish with a decadent pistachio crème brûlèe for dessert.

Poussin Chicken

With semi-deboned poultry stuffed with house-made sweet sausage, brioche and Gruyère cheese


Lyonnaise Frisée Salad

My daughter and I had a great time making Pizza and Cannolis with Chef Michael. The kitchen was perfect , the food was amazing, and it was just a really fun night out. The other couple that were there with us seemed to have a ton of fun too. There was a huge selection of toppings for our home made pizzas and they were so delicious. I made a white pizza with home made regatta cheese, some unique looking mushroom, home made mozzarella cheese, and cut up fresh Rosemary. My daughter made a traditional pep. pizza! Honestly, the cannoli's were the best I have ever had.. Overall a great experience.
