Melanie was a great instructor. Explained everything clearly and with patience and let us experiment with our sushi rolls. I had a great time.

Chef Melanie was great! The class was great! We were provided with everything we needed to make some rolls and great guidance and answers to our questions. The only downside was the open building during the 100+ degree heatwave in Austin. However, it was in a brewery, so a great excuse to have another drink!
