Chef Melanie was great! The class was great! We were provided with everything we needed to make some rolls and great guidance and answers to our questions.
The only downside was the open building during the 100+ degree heatwave in Austin. However, it was in a brewery, so a great excuse to have another drink!

Very fun class and turned out to be a great interactive date. Learned a lot and got to eat + chat over what we just made in the class!

Overall enjoyable but would have preferred to have my own space instead of having to share with my husband. The event was overpriced for the experience in our opinion.

Melanie is an excellent teacher and so patient with new students! She made learning to roll sushi easy and fun. The end results are not only delicious but works of art.
