Learn the basics of ravioli making with the help of an expert by booking this guided cooking class with Chef Alexander. You will learn how to make traditional filled pasta completely from scratch with Chef Alexander to assist you every step of the way.
Choose from two different ravioli shapes, then pick your fillings and toppings. You can opt for an earthy mushroom ravioli with garlic butter, almonds and arugula, or a comforting four-cheese ravioli with a fresh basil and walnut pesto.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Alexander provided outstanding service and food at our catering event for our new home community sales opening. He has a great personality and his food was delicious which really set the tone for the our guests.
