Cooking Class: Homemade Tomato Basil Gnocchi

Learn to make a classic Italian dish from scratch in this hands-on cooking class. Led by Chef Ny, you'll learn the techniques to make homemade gnocchi and tomato sauce. To begin the class, you'll mash potatoes and combine them with flour, salt and egg to make a fresh gnocchi dough. Then, learn the technique to knead, cut and shape the pasta into pillowy perfection. You'll also make a homemade tomato sauce flavored with basil, olive oil and garlic. Combine the sauce with the gnocchi, add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and enjoy your feast.
