This was a fun and simple course to learn the basic foundation of rolling sushi. Mark walked us through the steps from how to flavor the rice properly, spreading it onto the nori and adding ingredients to tips on rolling it. All ingredients were provided and opportunity to interact with fellow table mates. Fun a d worth trying g it out as a hands on experience.

He was very nice, but for the price we expected to have at least salmon or tuna rolls. I probably wouldn’t refer this to a friend. There is room for the experience to be more fun.

Sushi was smelling, not that interactive. It was boring and a waste of money, avoid!
