After graduating from Johnson Wales University's globally recognized College of Culinary Arts, Chef Alexander dove headfirst into the hospitality industry. He has earned experience working in both corporate and hotel environments as well as donning the executive chef hat at several well-known restaurants. Now, Chef Alexander sources and delivers high-quality local ingredients to area chefs and families, and loves any opportunity to share his culinary skills and wisdom with others via fun, interactive cooking classes.

Chef Alexander provided outstanding service and food at our catering event for our new home community sales opening. He has a great personality and his food was delicious which really set the tone for the our guests.

What an amazing dinner! Chef Alexander was our personal chef for the evening making a Modern version of some classic Italian dishes. Everything we tried was better than the last and we enjoyed his professional demeanor & personality.
