Cooking Class: Sweet and Savory Italian Classics

Discover the wonderful flavors and ingredients of Italy in this cooking class with Chef Tai. You will learn how to prepare authentic Italian dishes, starting with creamy carbonara pasta. 


You will prepare the dish with Parmesan cheese, pancetta, an egg and plenty of garlic. Follow that up with a simple yet delicious peach crumble for dessert, topped with an amaretto crumble and vanilla bean ice cream. 

Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
