Cooking Class: Sushi for Starters

Get in the swing of the sushi scene in this gourmet cooking class, courtesy of Chef Legina. She has the inside scoop on turning out your own restaurant-level rolls for friends and family to enjoy, if you can bear to share! Your session includes a lesson in a savory salmon roll, filled with creamy avocado and flaky salmon, and a shrimp tempura roll, where tempura technique lets you create crispy battered shrimp for a roll with crunch.
