Cooking Class: Classic Italian Favorites

Join Chef Eric as he guides you through a collection of Italian recipes. In this in-person cooking class, you'll use time-honored techniques and fresh ingredients to create some of Italy's most famous dishes. You'll learn how to prepare homemade focaccia and herb butter with balsamic glaze and garlic oil. Next, you'll make homemade spaghetti and a rich marinara sauce with basil and Parmesan. Dessert is a fresh and fruity sorbet with lemon and creamy whipped mascarpone.
