Born and raised in Sicily, Chef Max hails from a region celebrated for some of the world’s finest cuisine. After relocating to San Diego, he brought with him a deep passion for the authentic flavors of his homeland. Drawing on extensive training and professional experience, he founded his own catering company specializing in exquisite, traditional Italian fare. Chef Max is excited to share his love for classic Italian cooking with you.
