We had such a good time. He is so thoughtful in every way — the ingredients, the food handling, the pairings, the process, and the conversation. The food was amazing, and we eat a lot of food. We definitely want to do it again.

Chef Jeffrey was awesome, not only an excellent chef but entertaining and informative as well. We would certainly do another experience with him again. Tip for future customers, when you arrive in the lobby, simply call Jeffrey, and he will come down and get you. (This wasn't in the description of the event).

Chef Jeffery Dale welcomes you into his home with a warm smile and friendly laugh. Chef Jeff is a giant of a man who is passionate about showing his guests that Kansas City has so much more to offer than BBQ. Taking inspiration from Asian and Mediterranean flavors Chef Jeff presents a mouthwatering array of dishes. Utilizing a number of cooking techniques including proper knife skills, blanching, and pan frying Chef Jeff was a great at explaining these techniques and how to execute them properly.
