Join Chef Jeffrey for an island-inspired cooking class using classic Caribbean recipes and cooking techniques. You'll combine authentic ingredients and fresh spices to create signature dishes bursting with bold flavor. Start with a refreshing shrimp ceviche and crunchy plantain chips. Your entrée is a roasted jerk chicken served with rice and peas. For dessert, use sweetened condensed milk, fresh eggs and a splash of citrus to create a tart key lime pie straight from the islands.

We had such a good time. He is so thoughtful in every way — the ingredients, the food handling, the pairings, the process, and the conversation. The food was amazing, and we eat a lot of food. We definitely want to do it again.

Chef Jeffrey was awesome, not only an excellent chef but entertaining and informative as well. We would certainly do another experience with him again. Tip for future customers, when you arrive in the lobby, simply call Jeffrey, and he will come down and get you. (This wasn't in the description of the event).

Now, Chef Jeffrey hopes to share his hard-earned knowledge with aspiring chefs in fun, engaging and informative cooking classes. His classes focus on celebrating good food and finding joy in special moments and are designed to welcome everyone, no matter what their culinary background or skill level.
