To start, combine potato, spinach, onion and chickpea flour to create a thick batter, then fry it until golden brown to make crispy vegetable pakora. Serve these crunchy bites with flavorful chutneys for dipping. Next, make a vibrant tikka sauce with peppers, onions and a bright spice blend, then toss in fresh paneer for a creamy paneer tikka. You’ll also whip up Indian-style nachos by topping flour chips with chickpeas, yogurt, tamarind sauce and coriander chutney.
