Cooking Class: Chinese Dumplings and Dessert

Bring your sweet tooth as you join Chef Grace on a tour of China through the delectable art of dumplings and desserts. Fine dishes and traditional desserts are her specialty. She'll guide you through the creation of a crisp and creamy Hong Kong egg tart. You'll also prepare Shanghai-style wonton soup. A sweet and chewy steamed sticky rice cake follows this unique meal.
