Chef Danushka's cooking classes make a fun and informative way to learn authentic Vietnamese cooking methods. You'll learn about traditional ingredients and unique flavor profiles as you prepare recipes such as shrimp spring rolls with a citrus dipping sauce. You'll also prepare Asian meatballs with vegetables and a vermicelli bowl with rice noodles, scallions, carrots and cucumbers. Dessert is a creamy coconut rice pudding with fresh mango, jasmine rice and toasted coconut.
