Travel beyond the steakhouse experience in this exploration of Brazilian cuisine! Chef Zach’s hands-on cooking class adventure will introduce you to a whole new world of tastes and textures.


Start your excursion with pão de queijo, a gluten-free cheese bread, and prepare sautéed kale with garlic while practicing your knife skills. Then, indulge in a moqueca de peixe, a traditional fish stew studded with fresh vegetables. And to bring your flavorful voyage to a sweet conclusion by crafting brigadeiros, chocolate truffles made with sweetened condensed milk — a favorite dessert of the region!

Chef Zach was fantastic! His home was clean, well organized, and up to COVID standards of wearing masks at all times and having hand sanitizer throughout. Our meal was great and we could tell he was very committed, not to just having you follow a recipe, but getting education about the ingredients/how and why to use them, etc. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely attend his class again when in Austin next. Psssttt Chef Zach don't forget to start offering a Vegan class!!! ;)
