Next, you'll learn the skillful craft of homemade pastas, including tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and ravioli with sweet potatoes. You'll also learn how to make a perfectly seared beef filet. For dessert, indulge in a creamy homemade vanilla gelato affogato al caffè.

We had such a good time! Chef Luca made us feel so comfortable, we sampled a variety of dishes, practiced making pasta, had a great meal with an AMAZING homemade gelato dessert. We brought wine to enjoy with the meal as well. I absolutely recommend this class, great date night for out-of-towners like us!

Chef Luca was absolutely AMAZING! His energy, personality, and charisma are infectious! From start to finish, we were entertained and engaged! Chef Luca is highly knowledgeable and great at teaching the art of pasta making! We will definitely take another class with Chef!
