Chef Manjiri shares years of experience in this hands-on cooking class. She'll explain techniques and offer tips as you prepare vegetarian recipes such as chickpea-based chana masala with tomatoes and Indian spices, jeera rice and hearty aloo curry with potatoes and tomatoes. You'll start off with a light cucumber salad with yogurt and finish with a creamy mango lassi with vanilla yogurt and milk.
