Team Building Activity: Cooking Up Southern Comforts
Your favorite Southern comfort foods are on the menu in this hands-on team building activity. With guidance from Chef Chericia, you'll learn the techniques to recreate these traditional Southern dishes as you develop team building skills that can help you in and out of the kitchen.
To begin, you'll fry fresh okra and serve these creations with a homemade remoulade sauce. Next, make the perfect juicy and crispy fried chicken with a secret blend of spices. A tantalizing gumbo with herbs, spices and greens is next on the menu. Then you'll finish the feast with sweet beignets stuffed with cream cheese for dessert.
