Team Building Activity: Charcuterie Crafting Competition

Get a fun lesson in refined party appetizers and enjoy some friendly competition with this team building activity. Culinary artist Chef Greg will teach your team about the art of creating a quality charcuterie board, combining fine flavor pairings with visually-appealing design.


Everyone will start off by making a lovely starter of tomato, mozzarella and basil skewers to fuel up for the challenge. Split into groups and strengthen leadership, creativity, teamwork and problem-solving skills as you compete for the win! Teams will get innovative and craft their own charcuterie boards using an array of delectable ingredients including homemade lavash crackers and marinated olives. 


Treat the team to a team building activity that includes out-of-office socialization and elegant eats!

Tomato Basil Skewers

With mozzarella, balsamic drizzle and olive oil


Seeded Lavash Crackers and Lemon-Garlic Aioli


Marinated Olives

With Peruvian poppers, orange zest, olive oil and roasted red peppers

With salami, bresaola, prosciutto, brie, cheddar, grapes and marinated olives

Our experience with Chef Greg was fantastic! We had a great time learning new techniques and trying out ingredients we’ve never used before.
