Make memories and hand-rolled sushi in this immersive team building activity!
You'll learn how to make the perfect seasoned sushi rice and spread it over nori sheets to be the base of your sushi rolls. First, layer cucumber, radish sprouts, salmon and luxurious masago to make a salmon wrapper served with a spicy mayonnaise. Next, craft a futomaki, an extra-sized roll, with gobo. The third roll is a double tuna roll with togarashi, avocado and a flavorful black pepper sauce. A decadent lemon and blueberry cheesecake ends the meal on a sweet note. We had an amazing experience at the chef’s home — from beginning to end. The chef created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, The class was perfectly paced, with a great balance of participation and savoring the moment. The food was authentic, unique, and top-notch. It was such a special and memorable experience for my daughter and I.
