Make memories and hand-rolled sushi in this immersive team building activity!
You'll learn how to make the perfect seasoned sushi rice and spread it over nori sheets to be the base of your sushi rolls. First, layer cucumber, radish sprouts, salmon and luxurious masago to make a salmon wrapper served with a spicy mayonnaise. Next, craft a futomaki, an extra-sized roll, with gobo. The third roll is a double tuna roll with togarashi, avocado and a flavorful black pepper sauce. A decadent lemon and blueberry cheesecake ends the meal on a sweet note.
