Team Building Activity: Do a Big Italian Dinner With the Team

Treat the team to a hand-made Italian meal with this hands-on team building activity. Chef Chericia will guide your group through a robust culinary lesson featuring five classic Italian recipes and a whole lot of fun.

After learning to make heavenly rosemary and garlic focaccia bread, your team will get to roll up their sleeves to make fresh handmade pasta the traditional Italian way. This fresh pasta will be used for hearty spaghetti and meatballs and a decadently creamy fettuccini Alfredo. The gang will get to bonding, working together and enjoying some fun outside of the office as they end this awesome experience with a sweet, light panna cotta.

Chef Cece was amazing! She made sure everyone in our class had a chance to try each technique she demonstrated, and she made sure everyone had fun. I can't wait to take another class with her.
