Join Chef Landi for a team building activity creating an authentic Italian-American meal from scratch. Chef Landi will teach you new kitchen skills, creative recipes and how to add gourmet flair to any dish. First, you’ll learn to cook either potato and leek soup with crab and truffle oil or a grilled Caesar salad with romaine and bacon. Then, you’ll make potato gnocchi from scratch to serve with a traditional creamy tomato vodka sauce. For dessert, you will learn how to make a pillowy soufflé with your choice of chocolate or pineapple.

Meet your chef
Chef Landi began his culinary career many decades ago as a restaurant server in Italy. His passion for food led to a career with rapid growth as he quickly became confident in the kitchen, learning classical Italian culinary training. Upon relocating to the U.S. in 2001, Chef Landi channeled his culinary passions and valuable skills into a profession of culinary instruction. A highly-respected chef and instructor, Chef Landi is certainly someone to learn from.
