Team Building Activity: Authentic Italian-American Fare

Join Chef Landi for a team building activity creating an authentic Italian-American meal from scratch. Chef Landi will teach you new kitchen skills, creative recipes and how to add gourmet flair to any dish. First, you’ll learn to cook either potato and leek soup with crab and truffle oil or a grilled Caesar salad with romaine and bacon. Then, you’ll make potato gnocchi from scratch to serve with a traditional creamy tomato vodka sauce. For dessert, you will learn how to make a pillowy soufflé with your choice of chocolate or pineapple.

We had such a great experience. Chef Landi provided step by step directions and hands on opportunities in preparing our delicious meal. He shared his experiences as a chef and a good time was had by all.
