In this engaging team building activity with Chef Ivan, you and your team will learn how to make sweet and savory handmade baked treats from scratch. Chef Ivan will guide your team through the basics of baking stuffed rolls and pizza using a simple bread roll dough and a pizza dough. After making your dough, you'll then stuff and bake your bread dough with both sweet and savory fillings like mushrooms and leeks or Nutella and jam. Then, you'll grab your pizza dough and learn how to roll, top and bake the perfect homemade pizza pie. Your class will then end on a sweet note with hazelnut chocolate pralines for dessert.
