Team Building Activity: Southeastern American Cooking
In this team building activity, you'll join Chef Paco to learn how to prepare a three-course Southeastern American menu consisting of both classic and contemporary dishes. You and your colleagues will first work together to prepare shrimp po' boy sliders, learning how to batter shrimp and create a remoulade sauce from scratch. Then, you'll collaborate to cook up some sizzling pan-seared pork medallions before baking gooey brownies with Cointreau-glazed orange pieces and whipped cream.
