Team Building Activity: Sushi and Tsukemono From Scratch
Chef Andy shares his skills and knowledge of homemade sushi in this team building activity. You'll work together with your team to learn how to roll a variety of sushi and make other Japanese recipes from scratch. First, you'll practice knife and pickling skills by preparing a varied spread of tsukemono. You'll use seasonal fish and vegetables to make maki rolls topped with wasabi mayo, oyster sauce and panko crumbs. Dessert is a fun and sweet treat of homemade matcha ice cream.

My wife and I had fun with Chef Andy's assistant for The Bear themed class. Even took home a jar of our own giardiniera. This would be a good class for absolute beginners. My wife has done a lot of cooking so we would look for a more advanced class next time.
