Team Building Activity: Three-Course Paella Party

Join Chef Andy as he shares his expertise and culinary skills in this team building activity. You and your team will learn how to work together to create the perfect paella party. You'll combine your skills and work together to prepare bacon-wrapped dates with garlic aioli as an appetizer. Next, you'll learn how to use an authentic wide and shallow paella pan to make paella with chicken and mussels. Traditional Spanish flan follows for dessert.

My wife and I had fun with Chef Andy's assistant for The Bear themed class. Even took home a jar of our own giardiniera. This would be a good class for absolute beginners. My wife has done a lot of cooking so we would look for a more advanced class next time.
