Cooking Class: Seafood With Asian Accents

Join Chef Jason for an in-person cooking class designed to highlight Asian-inspired cuisine. You'll learn how to prepare two seafood dishes using fresh ingredients and easy-to-master techniques. Begin by making a lightly seared black and white sesame-crusted tuna loin. You next task is a batch of shrimp-fried rice using sushi rice and served with vegetables and soy sauce.  For dessert, enjoy handmade sorbet topped with fresh berries. 


Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Loin
