You're in for a protein-packed treat of a meal when you explore the possibilities of keto eating in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Yolanda! It's a wonderland of flavor with a considerate reduction in carbs to keep you on track.

You'll prepare stuffed mushrooms with cauliflower and provolone, meatloaf made from grass-fed beef and topped with bacon and cheddar and a zesty lemon pepper asparagus on the side. And as a novelty dessert, you'll create candied bacon, which is sure to satisfy your taste for both the sweet and the smoky!

Had a wonderful time trying the dishes of Chef Yolanda. She has so much experience from working at restaurants, clubs and schools across the city and shared that during the class. Her specialty is healthy cooking, and it showed. The "keto" bacon meatloaf was full of flavor (who doesn't love bacon?). My favorite was the "air fried" seafood stuffed mushrooms. Perfectly prepared and cheesiness from provel gave them a St. Louis twist. Would love to try more of her creations.
