Chef Peter is ready to teach you the secrets of crafting your own delicious pizzas from scratch.
No food comforts a hungry soul quite like pizza, and there's no pizza as fresh or delicious as one you make at home! In this hands-on class with Chef Peter, you’ll learn the
basics for creating your own dough and craft a
humble yet satisfying focaccia topped with oil and fresh herbs. Then, you’ll cook a simple pomodoro sauce and assemble several full-sized pizzas topped with an array of savory ingredients,
such as cured vegetables, salami and Kalamata olives. And for dessert, you’ll
prepare a simple tiramisu that will melt hearts all around the table.

Chef Peter began his culinary career at the early age of 18 at a renowned bakery in Capitola, California. His impressive resume includes owning his own bakery and developing artisan breads and pastries for larger bakeries. He has taught classes on cooking and baking at the Culinary Institute of America and the California Culinary Academy.
