Your trek begins in Thailand with a refreshing seasonal salad and khao soi curry noodles with chicken. Then, it’s onward to China for enticing stir-fried greens with garlic and chili oil before heading to Korea for a savory beef bulgogi. This magical journey concludes in Indonesia on a sweet, satisfying note with coconut pandan rice.

Chef Mike was great and the class was super fun. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to demonstrate technique, share insights, or help us out. Lastly, the class was a blast!
