This was a lot of fun! The group was really fun also. Chef Eloise was super informative while also being supportive of the different skill levels that attended the class. I chose the macarons class because, even though I am a baker, I wanted to learn live from someone who knew troubleshooting techniques. Holy cow was her recipe delicious as well! I highly recommend this class for friend groups, couples, or even going on your own like I did into a group of other people. I hadn't taken a class like this in someone's home before and I didn't know what to expect. Her space was perfect for her class size. I would take a class from her again!

She enjoys creating incredible treats in her North Beach dessert café and conducts intimate cooking classes that teach others how to create their own baked masterpieces.
