You'll learn to create a menu filled with the freshness of seafood, using seasonal selections as a foolproof guide. You'll create a spicy poke and an entrée from your choice of season-fresh fish. You'll also create your choice of grain and vegetable dishes to serve on the side. Finish up your lesson with a refreshing mango sorbet.
