During this in-person cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare four dishes that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef Laura blends Asian, Latin American and Mediterranean flavors into her recipes to create quick and healthy dishes filled with flavor. Selections include soy ginger chicken with zucchini noodles, cilantro lime salmon and a zesty quinoa salad with tomatoes, spinach and cilantro. Dessert is oatmeal crumb bars with a medley of blueberries, strawberries and blackberries.
